Public Interest Registry announces new hiring

.ORG, the Public Interest Registry announced the hiring of Paul Diaz as director of policy. Diaz brings nearly two decades of policy development and analysis experience to the PIR policy team.

Before the PIR, Diaz spent over a decade as senior policy manager for network solutions, where he led policy development and compliance initiatives that impacted the company's corporate objectives as they related to industry regulations. During his tenure there, Diaz was instrumental in acting as the company's voice of governmental advocacy through presenting various issues to Congress and executive branch agencies.
