The Second City Wins NAB Spirit of Broadcasting Award

The Second City entertainment will receive the National Association of Broadcasters Spirit of Broadcasting Award this April. The Second City was the first improvisational theater group in the United States and has since gone on to run the largest training center for improv and acting, tour internationally, and create it's own Emmy Award winning television show. The Sprit of Broadcasting Award is given annually to a person or organization that has made a lasting contribution to over-the-air broadcasting and demonstrate excellence and leadership in the industry.
