Apparently, Morgan Freeman's latest role may be playing President Obama's (unsolicited) political advisor. The actor has a message for Obama: it’s time to get ticked off.

The Academy Award winner says he chatted briefly with the president when he ran into him on Sunday while playing a round at Vineyard Golf Club in Martha’s Vineyard.

Freeman told The Boston Globe, “What I wanted to tell him is to get pissed off, get fighting mad. But I know he won’t because he doesn’t think it’s politically smart.”

But it sounds like Freeman, 74, is the one who’s steaming. When asked about Obama’s future in 2012, the “Invictus” star said, “If I could vote for him 1,000 times, I would. I think he’s been horribly sandbagged, and it makes me so angry.”
