Former President Gerald Ford's Beaver Creek, Colo. ski house has just undergone a major remodeling, and it's hitting the market for $13 million.

Sotheby's agent Dee Dee Lantzy, who is helping to sell the property, told ITK that the Fords built the 11,000 sq. ft. chalet in 1983 for their children and grandchildren.

A new blue diamond-level ski trail named President Ford's Run leads right to the door, and a presidential seal is carved into the stone entry hall floor.

There are seven bedrooms, a screening room, indoor lap pool, cathedral ceilings, and even a breakfast room with the Fords' original table still in it.
