Levi Johnston accepts award from adult website

Levi Johnston accepted an award for the "Best Mainstream to Porn Crossover" for his upcoming Playgirl magazine spread, during a ceremony in New York City  on Wednesday.

Johnston was honored by the adult film website fleshbot.com, and the ceremony/party was attended by socialite Tinsley Mortimer and costume designer Patricia Field.

The father of former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin's (R) grandson will appear in Playgirl magazine's December issue, but speculation abounds over how much nudity Johnston will reveal.   Fleshbot.com is a subsidiary of Gawker media, and it has been closely monitoring the ongoing negotiations between Johnston and Playgirl.

Accepting the award on stage, Johnston told the crowd that "I'm honored to be here, and next [month] you should all go get Playgirl."

In a video interview later that night with the New York Post, Johnston said he spends "a lot of time" in New York City, calling it his "second town."
