Rep. Etheridge gets aggressive in street confrontation

Rep. Bob Etheridge (D-N.C.) was videotaped aggressively grabbing a person's arm and twisting it on a Washington sidewalk, then pulling him by his collar.

In the video, first posted on Bretibart.TV, a young man in a blazer with a tape recorder asks Etheridge whether he "supports the Obama agenda."  Etheridge demands to know who the man is, repeating "Who are you?" over and over.

The man, who looks young but whose face is deliberately obscured in the video, says "I'm a student," but refuses to say where, further angering the congressman.

He repeatedly asks the congressman to let go of his arm, which Etheridge finally does before walking away.

The identity of the student had not been revealed at press time, and a call to Etheridge's office was not returned.

This isn't the first time Breitbart.TV and its owner, conservative activist Andrew Breitbart, have been linked to politically damaging videotapes: In 2008, James O'Keefe, a blogger on Breitbart's biggovernment.com website, posed as a pimp in an now infamous sting video that helped bring about the demise of community group A.C.O.R.N.
