If you're not sure what you're going to do to fill up the dog days of August, how about packing up some family heirlooms and standing in line for a few hours?

If that sounds like fun, you're in luck because "Antiques Roadshow" is coming to Washington, D.C.

The cult-favorite antiques appraisal show will be filming episodes at the Washington Convention Center from Aug. 19-21, and according to producers, over three days more than 70 appraisers plan to size up about 12,000 items.

And while the Capitol compound is home to some seriously valuable historical artifacts, curators at the House and Senate declined to tell ITK what items might impress the experts at "Antiques Roadshow" the most.
