Only an event honoring Tammy Haddad could feature tributes from a White House adviser, multiple members of the media, and the cast of Glee.

Haddad, the longtime TV producer turned media consultant, was honored by CURE -- Citizens United for Research in Epilepsy --  for her work helping fight the disease.

CURE founder Susan Axelrod (second from left) and board member Connie Milstein (left) hosted the tribute at the Newseum Wednesday night and presented Haddad (second from right) with The 2010 Friend of CURE award.

Also spotted in the crowd at the Newseum: White House advisor David Axelrod (right), Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, SKDKnickerbocker partner Hilary Rosen, NBC's Andrea Mitchell, and former Democratic National Committee Chairman Terry McAuliffe.

The main attraction was a video where various members of the media jokingly wondered what Haddad could be honored for. Guesses came from NBC's David Gregory, ABC's Jake Tapper, Fox News Channel's Greta Van Susteren, Jon Meacham, MSNBC's Joe Scarborough, and MSNBC's Mika Brzezinski: an Oscar, talking in complete sentences, a Grammy, or two lifetime achievement awards in one year.

The video also contained a surprise tribute from Glee cast members Matthew Morrison and Jane Lynch, who sang an impromtu song about Haddad's volunteerism.
