The Women's Foreign Policy Groups luncheon

The Women's Foreign Policy Group held their annual Women in Power luncheon on Wednesday at the Ritz-Carlton on 22nd Street, N.W. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano delivered the keynote address, and The New York Times Pentagon correspondent Elisabeth Bumiller served as the mistress of ceremonies.
