The Congressional Women's Caucus Gala

E-mail

The Congressional Women's Caucus Gala was held at Union Station's East Hall on Wednesday evening, drawing many female members of Congress and their staff members. Spotted at the event include Reps. Melissa Bean (D-Ill.), Judy Biggert (R-Ill.) and Donna Edwards (D-Md.), among others.

Guests enjoyed a cocktail reception before the dinner in the East Hall of the historic train station. The event was sponsored by Women's Policy, Inc., a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that champions the interests of women throughout the country on the most significant social, economic and health issues across public policy. Every female in the House of Representatives is a member of the bipartisan Congressional Caucus for Women's Issues.
