Leukemia Ball

E-mail

The National Capital Chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society held its annual Leukemia Ball. The ball is billed as one of the largest charitable events in D.C.

The ball was held at the Washington Convention Center on Saturday and featured music by Jackson Browne and an appearance by comedian John Pinette.

Last year, over 2,000 people attended the ball. Money raised at the event goes toward the fight against leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma.
