DistrictFile 2.0 Launch Party

DistrictFile.com, the social Web site founded in 2008 by Amir Oveissi, held a social diplomacy reception at the Embassy of Canada to celebrate DistrictFile 2.0.

Guests dined on light hors d'oeuvres and a bar was set up in the corner of the venue, which was filled to capacity.
