National Maritime Historical Society Awards dinner

The maritime community gathered Thursday evening to honor distinguished maritime luminaries at their annual National Maritime Historical Society Awards dinner. Retired Sen. John Warner (R-Va.) Admiral Gary Roughead, USN, Chief of Naval Operations, U.S. Navy and James W. Cheevers, Associate Director and Senior Curator of the U.S. Naval Academy Museum were all awarded.

Guests enjoyed a silent auction and cocktails before dinner, which was held at the Army and Navy Club on 17th St.
