The Impact Arts and Film Fund, along with Americans for the Arts and Washington Life magazine hosted a reception with actors Zac Efron and Claire Danes, and director Richard Linklater, for the premiere of their new film 'Me and Orson Welles. The party was held in a basement room of the Georgetown Ritz-Carlton Hotel.
