The 2011 Spring District Sample Sale

The 2011 Spring District Sample Sale took place Tuesday evening, bringing out hundreds of fashionably chic women to get designer frocks at a fraction of the price. Every year, the sale raises money for a charity. This year, it plans to raise money for the E.L. Haynes Charter School, founded in 2004 and has a program based on nationally recognized best practices for advancing student achievement.

Those in attendance at the sale included: event founders Mary Amons, Shannon Haley, Liberty Jones, Barbara Martin and Jayne Sandman, Hilary Phelps, sister of Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps, Susanna Quinn and Elizabeth Thorp.
